Water Polo Canada salutes the appointment of Dr. Jack Gauldie to the Order of Canada.

Water Polo Canada congratulates Dr. Jack Gauldie, Water Polo Canada Alumni, who has been recently appointed to the Order of Canada which recognizes outstanding achievement, dedication to the community, and service to the nation.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Research at St. Joseph Healthcare Hamilton and Scientific Director of its Research Institute, Dr. Jack Gauldie is known for his impressive research and contributions to the medical and biomedical field.

Dr. Jack Gauldie has also been an influential member of the Canadian Water Polo community throughout the years. He represented Canada at the 1967 Pan American Games in Winnipeg and the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich. Following his athletic career, Dr. Gauldie acted as the Vice-President of the Water Polo Canada Board of Directors in the late 70s.

Through his passion for sports, Dr. Gauldie has made significant contributions to our water polo community, and Water Polo Canada applauds this well-deserved recognition.
