Water Polo Canada - Canadian Water Polo Association Inc.

Water Polo Canada has one the top Officials Training and Certification Program (OTCP) in the world. In order to maintain Water Polo Canada's tradition of training and developing top quality FINA referees, e are undergoing a review of our program in order to align the program with Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and the "New" NCCP.

The current Water Polo Canada OTCP is described below:

*Referees are required to successfully complete evaluations and referee a specified amount of games in order to be eligible for upgrades. Details are in the referee log book.

**Official's may be granted permission to skip the Regional course and start at the Provincial level. Applications must be sent to your provincial official representative and provincial organization for approval.
