The Women’s National Team will back together for the first time since last March as the athletes travel to Sherbrooke, QC, for a fifteen-day training camp. During these two weeks, seventeen athletes and six staff members will follow a typical camp regime, training at the

Centre Sportif La Ruche,
and
creating a “bubble” environment to minimize health and safety risks.
The return to water polo protocol and the training camp guidelines have been developed in close collaboration with the National Team’s medical staff to follow the public health requirements in place.
“Our coaching staff and medical personnel have worked diligently to develop a safe environment, minimize any risks and ensure all members feel comfortable returning to practice as a team,” explained Justin Oliveira, Water Polo Canada High Performance Director.
